The Upottery 61st Flower and Vegetable Show

The Manor Room, Upottery at 2.30pm
Anyone interested in joining the committee or helping on the day please contact Linda Palmer 07815 848772. The committee meet 3-4 times a year and helping on the day could include donating a cake or helping with the raffle and teas.
The committee are pleased to announce £300 has been donated to the Upottery Playing Fields from the proceeds of this year’s event.
We also planted an oak tree & plaque in November to celebrate Richard Weaver’s 60-year service to the community as a co-Founder and Show Secretary.
Upottery Flower and Produce Show Founder retires after 60 years
On Saturday 19th November we celebrated Richard Weaver’s contribution to the Upottery Flower show, as after 60 years he has stepped down having been a Founder member of the Show.
Richard was invited by Chair Linda Palmer to hand out the cups at the 60th event in August and as a lasting thankyou Richard helped plant an oak tree in the Upottery playing fields. We would like to thank Richard for his dedication and commitment to this local event and the continued success of this event.

Date for the 2023 show is August 19th and details of the classes are posted on the local face book page, website and brochure sent out in July.
